Mm, that's probably the best way to put it. This is in my preferred style; slightly more brutal, more traditionally / properly dm than the stuff after '94. Still don't listen to it all that much... for the most part there's better death before, after, and that came out at the same time as this release. Highlights are probably the artwork, unique-ish vocals for the time and Tägtgren's title track. In some ways this band got better with age
