Biography

Coldborn in the summer of 2012 and hailing from the H8000 area,
DECONSECRATE brings a mix of groovy metalcore with Blackened Death metal influences,
inspired by All Out War, Kickback, Arkangel, old Morbid Angel & Behemoth.

A First 4 track CD-R demo ‘Total Depravity’ was recorded in November 2012 at the Hearse Studio (Leng Tch’e, Amenra)
and mastered at New Alliance East (Modern Life is war, Terror, Hessian).

The demo was released DIY in january 2013.
Shows were played in support of Suffocation, Hatebreed, Extreme Noise Terror, All Out War, Length Of Time, Cephalic Carnage, XRepentanceX, Solid,etc...

2 demo tracks appeared on an Asian 3-way split, released by Diorama Records.

At the end of 2014. Deconsecrate returned to the Hearse Studio to record 8 new tracks.
Mastering was done by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege (Obituary, Nails, Ringworm).

In march 2015, the 8 track full length ‘Nothing is Sacred’ was released through Good Life Recordings on CD/LP.
The vinyl was limited to 300copies and available in 3 colors.
The album features guest vocals of John Gallagher (Dying Fetus) and Damien Moyal (Morning Again/Culture/Shai Hulud/As Friends Rust).

Early 2017, after 2 UK tours and shows in support for Integrity, Hatebreed, Twitching Tongues, Ringworm, an appearance on the Ieper HC Fest & the Belgium part of the Persistance tour, the band got back in its home studio to record 4 new tracks.
The band teamed up again with Brad Boatright from Audiosiege for the mastering.
Polish artist & Bloodstained member Krzysztof Sikorski was responsible for the drawings for the cover and layout.

Uk’s based Soaked In Torment Records (Venom Prison, Seventh circle) released the ep as an 7” on 300 copies (clear with blood spatter).
The album can also be downloaded for free on the bands bandcamp.
The release date was 24 july 2017 and the 7” release is on the Pre-Ieperfest 2017.

Later this year, a track called ‘ Destroyer of worlds’ will appear on a 4-way split 10” through Cold Hand Records from the States.
The track is again recorded and produced by Deconsecrate’s guitar player Fre and mastered by Andy la Rocque (King diamond, producer Shining).
