British heavy metal legends Saxon have commenced the songwriting process for the follow-up to 2013's Sacrifice album. In a recent interview, frontman Biff Byford confirmed that the band has been working on their next album and he is also working on a solo album himself. He expects the new Saxon album and his solo output to be released in 2015.
British heavy metal outfit Hell have just been announced to play alongside the mighty Saxon on a two week long UK tour commencing on November 30th this winter. The band will be showcasing their latest album Curse & Chapter, released last year and nominated for Best Heavy / Melodic Metal Album on Metal Storm Awards 2013.

We will give the rest of the band a break for hols. After that we have a full session in April before heading to the mighty sugar loaf and rock São Luís! We are really looking forward to coming back to celebrate an awesome party with our South American fans! Needless to say that the Rock In Den Ruinen Festival in Germany is also going to be great!"
