Mayhem - Label Change, Announce New Album & Tour
Norwegian black metal legends, Mayhem, have signed to Century Media Records and are ready to deliver their 6th offering through the label. Not much has been revealed about the album, other than that it will be released this year on the 25th of October. Afterwards they will embark on an European headlining tour with Gaahls Wyrd and GosT as support.

French instrumental sludge outfit The Lumberjack Feedback have announced their sophomore record and follow-up to their 2016 debut, Blackened Visions. The new album will be called Mere Mortals and it will be released worldwide on the 26th of April through Deadlight Entertainment. They're also streaming the first song from the record.

Katla. - Reveal Live Lineup And Booking Deal

Ævangelist - Future Unclear After Rape Accusations
Some less fun drama has come from Ævangelist's camp as Reuben "Matron Thorn" Jordan has been accused of sexual assault by a fan of the band, with Valerie "Ascaris" Dorr posting the following message on the band's Facebook page: "Ævangelist supports Elsie [the fan]. Our future is unclear as a result, but Ævangelist will be one or the other of us or neither."

Arch Enemy - Issue Statements Regarding Photographer Copyright Dispute
A few days ago, Metal Blast published an article explaining how their photographer, J Salmeron, has been blacklisted from photographing Arch Enemy after a copyright dispute over the supposed commercial use of one of his photos without permission, of the band's singer, Alissa White-Gluz, by a clothing company, Thunderball Clothing, which made a piece of clothing that Alissa was wearing in said photo. The photographer claimed that the fee usually associated with the use of his photo would be ?500, but would be willing to let them continue using it if they donated ?100 to a certain cancer charity. The band and the company removed the photo and blacklisted the photographer. Now both the company and Alissa have released statements regarding the dispute.

Chthonic - Performance In Hong Kong Canceled Due To Visa Denial
Taiwanese metal band Chthonic were to perform at On The Pulse Of Music Festival in Hong Kong but had to cancel their appearance due to frontman Freddy Lim's visa being denied. The reason, apparently, is because the singer didn't "possess a special skill, knowledge or experience of value". More can be read below.
