Satyricon - Reveal Special Guests For Oslo Show

On March 21st, Norwegian black metallers Satyricon will deliver a very special show at Rockefeller in Oslo and the last guests have been confirmed. The band will be joined by a Brass Ensemble consisting of members from the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra and The Norwegian Radio Orchestra. Some of these guys performed both on Now, Diabolical and The Age Of Nero, and live with Satyricon in the past. With Nocturno Culto from Darkthrone already confirmed as special guest on Nemesis Divina songs, Thorns mastermind Snorre Ruch will be there performing classic Thorns songs that Satyr recorded with him, and Sivert Høyem is joining for the new single "Phoenix".

Gigan - US Tour Dates Confirmed

Tech death metal outfit Gigan will hit the road across the United States this coming May, to execute 'Ceremonies And Hallucinations Tour'. This one-month long tour starts on May 2nd in Appleton, WI and will be concluded on May 25th in Las Vegas, NV together with Negură Bunget, who will be also touring across US in May/June. Cattle Decapitation - Vinyl Reissues Slated For 2014

This could be a treat for Cattle Decapitation fans. The San Diego extreme metallers are planning a series of limited edition vinyl releases for 2014 under the banner Decade Of Decapitation, to celebrate 10 years of releases on Metal Blade Records. The band's entire Metal Blade discography: To Serve Man (2002), Humanure (2004), Karma.Bloody.Karma (2006), The Harvest Floor (2009), and Monolith of Inhumanity (2012) are all being prepared in lavish gatefolds for release.

Swedish death thrashers Facebreaker came forward with a statement revealing that they have parted ways with their long time guitarist Mika Lagrén. Mika was part of Facebreaker for 12 years and has contributed his share as guitarist to all four full-length studio albums the band has released.

Vader - New Album Release Date Confirmed

Vader fans are probably eager to listen to their new album Tibi Et Igni. Well, today it was confirmed that the Polish death metal legends have just finished recording the follow up to their 2011 album, Welcome To The Morbid Reich. The new album is set to be released on May 30th, 2014 via Nuclear Blast. The band recorded the album at Hertz Studio in Bialystok (Poland) and it was produced by Wojtek and Slawek Wiesawski.

Sabaton - New Album Trailer Online

Sabaton's new album Heroes will be released on May 16th via Nuclear Blast Records, and it will be the first to feature the renewed line-up. The band is now giving fans a first glimpse of what the album will sound like with an in-depth trailer, in which you can listen to a snippet of the track "Far From The Fame" and to the band members' feelings about their upcoming release. The trailer was produced and edited by David Havlena of Czech Spark Magazine at the Pax Studio.
