KEN Mode - Debut New Song

Canadian noise/hardcore trio KEN Mode decided to brighten our day by sharing a second song from their upcoming album Success, which will be out soon, on June the 16th via Season Of Mist. The song is titled "These Tight Jeans" and appears to feature a little twist in the band's sound and guest vocalist Jill Clapham. Spock's Beard - Announce New Album And Tour

Prog alert! Spock's Beard are releasing a new album. The progressive rockers just revealed that they will return with their brand new 12th studio album called The Oblivion Particle, to be released at the end of August 2015. They will also head back to Europe later this year for a string of live dates in support of the record. Spock's Beard's forthcoming new studio album The Oblivion Particle is the follow-up to 2013's Brief Nocturnes And Dreamless Sleep. Look out for more info about it in the coming weeks.

Abbath - Finds Label Home, Band Lineup Unveiled

Things are coming together for Abbath, the band formed by Immortal frontman Abbath Doom Occulta. You probably remember that last month, Abbath announced he would move on with a new band under his name, putting Immortal to rest. Now Season Of Mist are announcing the signing of Abbath and according to them, the Norwegian black metal legend is currently working on his debut album for Season Of Mist, which is expected to be ready in early 2016. Epica - Announce Tour With Eluveitie And Scar Symmetry

Epica has been touring extensively to promote their latest album The Quantum Enigma from Europe to South America and that is not about to stop. The symphonic metallers have decided to tour Europe one final time in support of the album. This fall they will hit the road together with Swiss folk metallers Eluveitie. This tour will see Epica headline on the dates in Italy, France and the UK. Epica and Eluveitie will be co-headlining in Germany, Poland and Czech Republic. Swedish progressive melodic death metal band Scar Symmetry will be the opener for all dates for this strong bill.

Heidevolk - Guitarist And Vocalist Leave

Sad and rather sudden news arrive from the Heidevolk camp. With less than 2 weeks to their new album's release show, the band announced the departure of their long time guitarist Reamon Bomenbreker and vocalist Mark Splintervuyscht. Despite their departures, the band promises to continue to perform live and work on new songs. All upcoming shows after May 2nd will be played with session members Kevin Storm (guitars) and Jacco (vocals).

Mötley Crüe - New Tour Dates Announced

The final tour from iconic rock band Mötley Crüe will feature some more dates. In fact, the group has announced 21 more North American shows due to "overwhelming fan demand". The new shows will take place in October and December as part of the band's two-year "The Final Tour" cycle. Mötley Crüe's touring career will conclude on New Year's Eve, December 31st at Staples Center in their hometown of Los Angeles where the band began 34 years ago.

Unisonic - Tap Tobias Exxel For Brazilian Festival

Unisonic has recruited Edguy bassist Tobias Exxel for their performance at the Monsters of Rock festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Exxel will replace guitarist Mandy Meyer during Unisonic's performance at the Monsters of Rock festival on April 26th. Meyer has to sit out the band's festival performance due to a prior commitment for a U.S. tour with Swiss rockers Krokus.
