Finland's Amoral announced what they had been teasing the day before: singer Niko Kalliojärvi has returned to the band after a seven year absence. The progressive band is now a six-piece again. Kalliojärvi's return has been cooking up since last year, and he will be largely present on the band's 7th studio album, on which they are currently working on, with an early 2016 release planned.

Sad news to report as former Death's bassist Scott Clendenin has passed away. He was a bassist in the seminal death metallers for a few years and also played in Chuck Schuldiner's other band Control Denied. Scott Clendenin had some health challenges in the last few years. He played on Death's The Sound Of Perseverance album, and recently participated in two Death To All live runs, in 2012 and 2013, including the highlight of his acoustic guitar in a poignant rendition of "Voice Of The Soul". Our condolences to his family and friends.

This will be the band's third album and follow-up to Vessels Of Light And Decay released in 2012. III will contain seven tracks, with a playing time of around 70 minutes. It is now scheduled to be mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege Studio. Artwork and further info will be shared over the coming weeks. Be patient.
