Amoral - Original Singer Kalliojärvi Returns

Finland's Amoral announced what they had been teasing the day before: singer Niko Kalliojärvi has returned to the band after a seven year absence. The progressive band is now a six-piece again. Kalliojärvi's return has been cooking up since last year, and he will be largely present on the band's 7th studio album, on which they are currently working on, with an early 2016 release planned.

Ossian - New Album Coming, New Song Online

Weedeater - Stream New Song, Share New Album Details

Weedeater have finally revealed all about their new album. Titled Goliathan, the record will be released on May 19th in North America via Season Of Mist. But you can already hear some new tunes. Death - Former Bassist Scott Clendenin Dies

Sad news to report as former Death's bassist Scott Clendenin has passed away. He was a bassist in the seminal death metallers for a few years and also played in Chuck Schuldiner's other band Control Denied. Scott Clendenin had some health challenges in the last few years. He played on Death's The Sound Of Perseverance album, and recently participated in two Death To All live runs, in 2012 and 2013, including the highlight of his acoustic guitar in a poignant rendition of "Voice Of The Soul". Our condolences to his family and friends.

Whitesnake - Song From New Album Streaming Online

Indesinence - New Album In The Works

If you were hoping for a new album from Indesinence, today there is good news! The death/doom metal unit is currently immersed in their new album recorded at Priory Studio. This will be the band's third album and follow-up to Vessels Of Light And Decay released in 2012. III will contain seven tracks, with a playing time of around 70 minutes. It is now scheduled to be mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege Studio. Artwork and further info will be shared over the coming weeks. Be patient.

Winterfylleth - New Box Set On The Way

There will be a new Winterfylleth boxset available soon, released by Candlelight Records. The British atmospheric black metallers just announced that it will be entitled The Fathers Of Albion: An Anthology 2007 - 2013. A retrospective of Winterfylleth's early demos, folk songs and studio albums: including all of the band's recorded material prior to the release of the critically acclaimed 2014 album, The Divination Of Antiquity. It also features up to date and remastered editions of the band's first 3 albums, as well as all the early demos, splits and extras. So, basically you get it all in one box!

Entrails - Announce New Album, New Song Streaming

The Swedish death metallers in Entrails are excited to announce Obliteration, the band's 4th full-length album, due out May 15th through Metal Blade Records. The album was recorded by Entrails guitarist Jimmy Lundqvist at his own Bloodshed Studios, while mastering duties were taken care of by Dan Swanö at Unisound Studios. W.A.S.P. - Has New Label Home, New Album In August

While last year they revealed that their new album would be called Golgotha, heavy metal veterans W.A.S.P. have now joined forces with Napalm Records for its release. Six years in the making, Golgotha is being released this August and will be the band's 15th studio album. According to the label, the new record will continue down the path that 2007's Dominator and 2009's Babylon started on, both in production style and theme.
