Lost Soul - Announce New Album

New Lost Soul album? Sure thing. The Polish lost souls have just announced the release of a new album called Atlantis - The New Beginning for 2014. The opus contains ten new songs in a basic edition and three bonus tracks in a special edition. 70000 Tons Of Metal 2014 - New Confirmations

The 70000 Tons Of Metal 2014 is right around the corner. The cruise ship The Majesty Of The Seas will sail January 27th to January 31st from Miami, Florida to Costa Maya, Mexico. Recently, the organizers announced more bands that will have a good old time and perform aboard the ship: Cripper, Satyricon, Victory, Obituary, Raven, Orphaned Land, Rising Storm, Haggard, The Church Of Pungent Stench, Izegrim and Vicious Rumors. Vicious Rumors will do something they have never done live: they will play Digital Dictator in its entirety.

Hexis - North American Tour With Primitive Man

Wacken Open Air 2014 - Megadeth, Carcass And More Confirmed

Megadeth is confirmed to perform at next year's edition of the Wacken Open Air festival on August 2nd, 2014 in Wacken, Germany. All 75,000 tickets to the festival, set to take place from July 31st - August 2nd, were sold in less than 48 hours. Other bands recently confirmed include Hellyeah, W.A.S.P., Hatebreed, Motörhead and Carcass.

Zatokrev - New Album Next Year

Swiss doom bringers Zatokrev are releasing a new album next year to follow The Bat, The Wheel And A Long Road To Nowhere. The group just uploaded one of their songs from the last opus and you can listen to "Angels Of Cross" here. The band uploaded the song because it "was kind of a very natural, special and magical part of our songwriting which brought us new directions and many ideas of how to create our next album(s)." The band announced that the upcoming album is going to be the continuation of this track and will be released in 2014. The album title will be announced soon.

Illdisposed - Enter The Studio In February

Get ready for another slab of death metal coming from Illdisposed because the Danish group has announced that they are entering the studio this February to record the follow-up to Sense The Darkness released last year. Illdisposed extended their deal with Massacre Records and the as-yet-untitled album should come out in mid 2014.

Suicide Silence - Share Mitch Lucker Documentary

Next February, Suicide Silence will release the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Ending Is The Beginning: The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show, which features a tribute show to the fallen vocalist where the band performed with several guest vocalists and also a documentary about Mitch Lucker, who passed away last year at the age of 28.
