Lamb Of God - Release New Video

Lamb Of God have released a new video for an old track, more precisely "Vigil" from their album As The Palaces Burn. It is not random because as it was previously reported the group will re-release the album for its 10th anniversary. Due out on November 11th via Prosthetic/Razor & Tie, this anniversary edition is a remixed and remastered version of 2003's As The Palaces Burn. Lamb Of God is taking you back to that time with the video for "Vigil" which you can watch here.

If you like thrash and/or Toxic Holocaust, today is your lucky day because they just made their whole new album available for streaming online. The new blast called Chemistry Of Consciousness is available via the Relapse Records YouTube page and you can enjoy it now. Kurt Ballou (Converge) mixed the album that drops in North America on October 29th (October 25th in Benelux/Germany/Finland and October 28th in the UK/world) through Relapse Records.

Lay Down Rotten - New Album On The Way

Death metal force Lay Down Rotten has announced the first details about their new album. After releasing albums like Breeding Insanity, Gospel Of The Wretched and 2012's Mask Of Malice, now it is time for the first sign of life from the band via their new label-home Apostasy Records. Deathspell Catharsis is the name of their new output which was once again produced by the band's confidant Thilo Krieger in his Desert Inn Studio. Triptykon - New Album Gets Title And Release Date

Extreme metallers Triptykon have some news for us today. The metal project formed by former Hellhammer/Celtic Frost singer, guitarist, and main songwriter Tom Gabriel Warrior after his exit from Celtic Frost in 2008 has announced that the group's second album will be titled Melana Chasmata. It will be released on April 14th (Europe) and April 15th (North America), 2014. Mark your calendars for the next dark and heavy album, as promised by the band. The album's title may be translated, approximately, as "black, deep depressions/valleys". You can expect the artwork and more details later.

Drudkh - Releasing Split With Winterfylleth

Black metallers Drudkh and Winterfylleth will be joining forces and releasing a new vinyl split EP next January 17th (January 21st in North America) via Season Of Mist entitled Thousands Of Moons Ago / The Gates. Dethklok - To Premiere Metalocalypse Rock Opera, Stream Song

The animated metal band Dethklok's mastermind Brendan Small has announced a new Metalocalypse rock opera that will continue where season 4 left off. Metalocalypse: The Doomstar Requiem A Klok Opera will air at midnight ET on the 27th of October on Adult Swim. The opera's full-length soundtrack will be available on the 29th of October and will contain an exclusive bonus track called" Blazing Star", which you can listen to here.

Brutal Assault 2014 - In Mourning, Krabathor And More Confirmed

Czech Republic is getting ready for another Brutal Assault next summer and the first few bands have been announced. The latest batch of bands includes one comeback. 30 years since their establishment, 17 years since their last appearance at the BA, the only show this year, Krabathor is back. Brutal Assault confirms the legendary death metal band and the other confirmed acts are British metalcore band Bring Me The Horizon and Swedish progressive death metal band In Mourning.

Avatarium - Streaming Another New Song

Stockholm-based doomsters Avatarium have just released a lyric video for the track "Boneflower", which is featured on their first single output Moonhorse and will also be available on their self-titled debut. Russian Circles - Streaming Entire New Album

Russian Circles are about to release their new musical offering Memorial, already their fifth album since their inception in 2004. MyGrain - Guitarist Quits, Replacement Announced

The Finnish Gothenburg metal band MyGrain have announced the departure of their guitarist Resistor, who had been in the band since the beginning. He was replaced by Joni Lahdenkauppi, who had previously filled in for them on their European tour supporting fellow Finns Insomnium.
