Polish tech death metallers Decapitated have announced that they are going to co-headline an August/September tour in North America in support of their new album, Anticult, together with the Australians Thy Art Is Murder. Progressive death metal masters Fallujah and depressive black metal sensations Ghost Bath are also joining them for the "The Double Homicide Tour". You might remember that last year, Earache Records took down from streaming sites Decapitated's entire catalogue of music released by the label in retaliation to various disputes brought forth by the band. The Polish death metallers will now be taking legal action against their former label, Earache Records, over unpaid royalties. To raise money for legal fees, the band is selling a limited edition of a brand new '20 Years of Madness' t-shirt.

No rest for the wicked. Swedish melodic death metal masters At The Gates have announced a string of U.S. tour dates to follow after their appearance on the 70000 Tons Of Metal 2016 cruise. Set to kick off on February 9th, 2016 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the trek will also feature The Haunted and Decapitated (direct support) and Harm's Way, making up for a heavy-hitting bill.

While the group is now signed to Nuclear Blast Records, it appears that Earache Records has taken down the band's entire catalogue of music released by the label in retaliation for legal disputes brought forth by the band. Essentially, you can't buy or stream these albums from iTunes or Spotify now.

Soulfly just announced that they will embark on a North American headlining tour starting on September 30th in Los Angeles. The band will be supporting their upcoming vicious new release Archangel, which was produced by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Children Of Bodom) and will be released on August 14th via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. Joining them on this epic campaign are Swedish melodic death metal visionaries Soilwork, Polish technical death metallers Decapitated, and newcomers Shattered Sun. No word yet on who will replace bassist Tony Campos.
