1914 - Will Enter The Studio In One Week

King Buffalo - New Studio Record Out In June, Details Disclosed

Rochester, New York heavy psych trio King Buffalo take on the darker side of quarantine with The Burden Of Restlessness, their newly announced 'long player'. Due out on June 4, it's comprised of 7 new tracks. The Burden Of Restlessness was produced and engineered by Sean McVay, mixed by Sean McVay, mastered by Bernie Matthews. This is the first of three full lengths King Buffalo will release throughout 2021.

Onslaught - To Release Next Studio Album In 2022

Only seven months have passed since Onslaught released their latest album Generation Antichrist, but in a recent interview with Rock Talks, guitarist Nige Rockett revealed that the band has spent much of their downtime working on new material for a follow-up record, which is currently in pre-production and set for release next year. Rockett also noted that this record will mark the first time in the band's history that they have recorded more than one album with the very same lineup.

Jinjer - Enter Recording Studio; European Tour Confirmed

Ukraine's modern metal purveyors Jinjer have entered the studio to start tracking their fourth studio album, which will be again released through Napalm Records. At the same time, the four-piece confirmed a string of headlining shows over Europe. With support coming from Humanity's Last Breath and Hypno5e, a 14-date run is planned to go through in September & October, 2021.

Black Sabbath - Unreleased Song From 'Dio-Era' Surfaced Online

An audio stream of what seems to be a previously unreleased Black Sabbath song, called "Slapback", has been recently shared online on YouTube. It appears to be a rehearsal recording of a Ronnie James Dio-era track. Gary Rees, the stepson and executor of the estate of Black Sabbath's longtime keyboardist Geoff Nicholls, shared the track last Friday (March 5), writing in an accompanying message that he had found it on a cassette tape that contained other material recorded during Sabbath's 1979 songwriting sessions for the following year's album Heaven And Hell.
