Gothic rockers from Finland Lunar Path have shared the news that their original drummer, Klas Brunberg, has passed away. He did play drums for the band between 2006 and 2008, playing on their 2007 self-titled demo and the 2008 Calling single.

British thrashers Acid Reign recently announced on Facebook that their original bass player Ian Gangwer has passed away. No cause of death has been disclosed thus far. Ian co-founded Acid Reign back in 1985, performed on two records with them - Moshkinstein (1988) and The Fear (1989) - and parted ways with the band just before the making of their third release Obnoxious (1990).

Ukrainian post-black metallers White Ward have announced that Origins, the compilation of pre-Futility Report era songs, will finally acquire physical form. Origins includes all tracks from White Ward's early period of 2012-2015 and came out digitally on December 1st, 2016. The compilation will be released by Debemur Morti Productions on CD, LP, and Tape formats on January 22nd, 2021.
