| Nice, sounds like they are picking up from Mechanize. |

|
| It"s a too short bit to say, but the soft part at the end makes me think they might release another mistake like transgression (which also is the only one to feature the mirrored F on the cover) |

| I hated Transgression because of its redundancy and flat out bad writing. All FF CDs have soft parts and many of their covers have a mirrored F. I don't see any trace of Transgression here, but we'll see how it turns out. |

| Transgression is the worst FF's album IMO. This sounds more organic, like a mix between Obsolete and Mechanize. Burton's vocal style is fucking awesome! \m/ |

| Hmm, not sure what to make of this. May be too soft judging by the end there. |

First, Dino wasn't in the band when Transgression was recorded and he makes a lot of difference.
Second, if "soft parts" = "clean vocals", well... you'll get that in every FF album, it's Burton's registered trendmark ® |

he wasn"t either for Archetype, and that was a great album
no, don"t mean soft parts=clean vocals
i know fear factory has cleans in most songs
also i like the part of the teaser when guitar and drums stay sounding strong when the clean vocals start, i just have a problem with what comes then (right before the song is cut off) |

Well, it's too short sample to judge anything, but it sounds a lot like "Mechanize", which is a good thing |
|
|
|
| Imo it's not a good thing. It sounds way too much like Divine Heresy. Also the production sounds again like Mechanize. It's as if they are too lazy to do something else with the mix and make the instruments sound differently like they have done on all their albums so far. I don't know. I will keep my expectations low. |
