That was weird. And really cheesy. And kinda bad animation.

Why did they even bother having this video made? I have a hard time accepting that this is official.

Bad animation? I thought it was cute. Not that cute is what one typically looks for on this site... but still.

If not for the vocals I could probably kinda like these guys. Or if they made more of these little videos and I just watched them muted.

Funny, the first thing that pumped into my mind is this: "Alter Bridge? I remember them from here."

And on the video: Aha, so.

I remember them from here.

Yup, that was my doing. At the time it looked like they were lumped in with other blacklisted post-grunge bands but time has proven that to be untrue.

Ridiculous that grunge and post-grunge bands are even blacklisted from this site.

Not entirely true. Alice In Chains and Soundgarden are featured and evn visible. It just depends on the grunge band in question. Some are metal/hard rock and others are not.

As for post-grunge those bands have nothing to do with metal or hard rock.

You are right Marcel, and that's what I was alluding to in my previous comment - I just didn't express myself well. It's the inconsistency that I have a problem with. Still, I know it is isn't easy to regulate what's in and what's out and please everyone. I know we're all a bit surprised that a band like The Doors are on the site, but I think you mentioned previously that it was because a staff member wrote a review for one of their albums. Anyway, I'm a very big fan of Alice in Chains and Soundgarden and am happy they are on the site, but I'm also a big fan of Nirvana, and am disappointed they are excluded.
