The first bands have been announced for Bloodstock Open Air 2017! The organizers revealed a batch of Ronnie James Dio main stage bands for 2017, including their Friday night headliner! Amon Amarth will invade Catton Park shore as Friday night's headline band; landing the special guest slot on Friday are power metal kingpins Blind Guardian. Their set will be a UK exclusive for 2017. Other confirmed acts include Testament, Hatebreed, Whitechapel, Possessed and Hell.

Bloodstock will take place at Catton Park, Derbyshire on 10th-13th August 2017. Early bird weekend tickets with camping are available now, priced from £120 (+ booking fee) at this location. Children's weekend tickets are also available, priced £35 (+ booking fee). Camper van pitches have now sold out.
