It's been six-and-a-half years since Eyehategod released their last, self-titled studio album. However, the four-piece has revealed that they are in the process of finishing their next full length effort, which is expected to be released next year.

The band wrote via Facebook: "We are putting the finishing touches on the new album and have lots planned for the ongoing crash of society..! Refill your prescriptions, load up on ammunition and watch this space!"
