As part of their forthcoming studio release The Tide Of Death And Fractured Dreams, British slammers Ingested offer in listening the new advance single called "Pantheon".

Vocalist Jase says: "The best way I can describe "Pantheon" is, imagine you grow up idolising and looking up to certain people or bands, and they inspire you to pursue that same dream or career. You revere them so much you want to do what they do, then 18 years later, you’re sharing the stage with them, eating your dinner with them, pretty much living with them for weeks on end, and you become friends with them and build real relationships. I’m just sitting there thinking “this is fucking mental, how am I here? Do I even deserve to be here? Am I even good enough?” and you have to take a moment and say to yourself “yeah, you do deserve to be here, you’ve worked your fucking bollocks off for this, so take the ball and fucking run with it.” I guess this song is about ‘imposter syndrome’ and I think everyone has these thoughts from time to time, you just need to know your worth and go for it."
