hardly rare really. even black and death metal albums that aren't specifically limited to a set amount usually have around 1000-2000 copies made.

But those are from bands smaller than Behemoth. Behemoth is huge, nowadays. Anyway, it might not really be rare, but it is limited. Which means that it will be rare, in some time. And if not, it doesn't matter anyway.

No, they were brand-new. Only two copies I've ever seen though.

yeah it makes sense, the album was made when they were still with lifeless records, and they only had a following in the Boston area. Then when they joined century Media it was like they did everything in their power to have that album erased from their history, I don't know why, it's such a great work of art. But they probably made more than they could sell so chances are unopened copies are frequent when actually recieved.

^ you have beherit/death yell split tape? the death yell demo tape went for $102 on ebay last wekk. i reccomend you sell this (which should get more bidders due to having beherit on there as well.

recently obtained rare item: sacramentary abolishment - misanthropy demo. despite the fact this is quite sought after (i ended up paying $25.50 for it), i actually have 4 copies of the sleeve notes that were sent to me by the band when i bought the first axis of advance EP. if i was naughty id dub the tape and sell the other 4 copies on.
