Benighted In Sodom is a Depressive Black Metal band from America, fronted by a man named Matron Thorn (real name: Reuben Jordan). He started off playing a raw and heavily distorted version of DBM, but over time, the production was cleaned up and he added more atmospheric elements to the music.
