Allen Lee Scott II, a guitarist of former US death doom band Thorns Of The Carrion, shared news via his Facebook page that the band's bassist Gary Moreland (in years between 1996 and 1997) has passed away.

Allen Lee Scott II comments: ''I'm sorry to say, I was told this morning Gary Loki Moreland passed away. I'd like to extend my condolences to his family and friends. He toured with Thorns Of The Carrion back in those halcyon days, and I know he will be missed greatly. R. I. P."
