This list is exactly what one would expect; a continually expanding list of my favourite drummers in metal, or if not really metal at least in bands featured on Metal Storm.
My requirements for them is fairly open ended, they just have to be either really good, innovative, I like their style, etc. Not ranked in any particular order.

hehe, and I also like that you found a spot for Nameless Ghoul in there. And another interesting thing I noticed is that the photo for the list is of Lars Ullrich but he doesn't get a spot in the list. I reckon he's done some really good stuff.
Ghost's drummer live had energy, technique, and style that honestly made a large contribution to their mind boggling show.
The Lars picture is a joke (I like that cheeky look on his face), he is now only a sad shadow of his former self.... But I agree that back in the day he knew what was up. |

I would put Sean Reinert on here, His drumming with Cynic is excellent.
Added, no idea why he wasn't either because I love Cynic and listen to Focus quite often.... |

Ghost's drummer
If you add B.C. to Ghost (since the band's name is Ghost B.C. now) then it will link properly to the band's MS profile. |

It varies who their live drummer is from tour to tour and some times even from show to show during a tour. |

@psykometal: Ghost will always be Ghost to me.... FUCKING LEGAL PEOPLE HAVE TO RUIN EVERYTHING GOOD ABOUT MUSIC (I'm gonna change it though: edit nvm fuck that shit, I ain't tha one)
@Marcel: if that is so then the night I saw them (April something 2012 in Toronto) their drummer was a boss. And whoever drummed on the album did a fine job too. |

| I've noticed on a lot of footage I've seen of Ghost that the drummer plays the hi-hats with his left hand, which is unusual for a right-handed drummer, so a reversal of this would probably be a good indication of a different guy on the throne. |
