A solid death metal album, I've heard better this year though. For me the production is spot on, it's raw and proper old school sounding, the thundering drums, heavy bass, crushing riffs and dense guitar tone give it old Obituary vibes, and the vocals are really great, they are sinister echoey. Some tracks though are too generic, and the songwriting is average for death metal, but there are some fine old school moments, and a few quality riffs.

Judging by the performance you might think that its a band from florida or uk, with quite a lengthy discography, but then surprise, none of those. i felt a strong nineties death metal vibe, mixing a bit of early death and even some early paradise lost i would say. without being a highlight its a very well written and performed album. and for a debut album its quite amazing. hoping for an even stronger follow up record.
