Destruction - D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N.

The album that made me a fan. I think its better than their last four albums, excluding "Thrash Anthems". You use to hear the drums & bass clearly, but not on this release. "Devolution", "7 Deadly Sins", "Urge, Greed of Gain" are the ones to look at.

For me certainly the band's weakest output of the 21st century, but then when an album like this overshadowed by the greatness of "Inventor of Evil", I guess it's hard to regain that awesomeness. Nonetheless, despite 4 or 5 songs proving somewhat drab and bland, songs such as as 'Devolution' and 'The violation of morality' still manage to showcase Destruction's more powerful and eccentric instrumental talents.
