Everyone should own this album. There is no excuse since it is being given away for free (HERE if you didn't see the link above). There are moments on the album that remind me of King Crimson and Pink Floyd, and then ending with Laboratories Of The Invisible World (Rollerskating The Cosmic Palmistric Postborder) is simply unbelievable. Sometimes the most beautiful music is the most subtle...

This album is amazing, one of my favourite ever, but wtf this is not by Kayo Dot, but by maudlin of the Well.

I preferred maudlins other three albums, and this is a massive departure from their style, but its still a great album nonetheless.

This album is excellent, actually being the strangest album I've heard in years... Everything is incredible, even the vocals, which took some time for me to like them... The music here is the last thing I was expecting when I downloaded it, but it's awesome! You just can't dislike it...

Probably my most favorite 2009 album. very original and atmospheric. check this album if you like post/Avantgarde metal.

Love this album and band, highly atmospheric and trippy.

There must be sth wrong with people here . This album is pure gold and for free. Progarchives.com lists this as 100th best progressive/experimental rock album of all times.

I meant more people should check this out since it is not only great, but also pretty accessible with very a soothing atmosphere.

I put off listening to this for so not (not a clue why), but I'm pretty underwhelmed...sounds like a slowed down PT album. The last track was decent though. Maybe my expectations were too high since they're meant to be one of the top of avant garde prog.

While I really love this album… This is probably the album people talk the least about when it comes to Maudlin Of The Well. It is highly unrepresentative of their sound. For starters: It’s not even metal.

Better try the twin albums ”Bath” and ”Leaving Your Body Map”. Those are the albums that gave them that status. The later being my favorite (Ooooh Gleam In Ranks <3 )
