Found this to be a pretty boring album, and in parts it just sounded like a worse version of Iron Maiden to me.

I LOVE Without a Trace , The Apparition and Epitaph. Excellent songs! Overall a strong record.

Better than the first record, but still nothing memorable in my opinion. It´s a good effort.

What is everyone here thinking?! This is one of the most beautiful Heavy Metal albums ever made. Together with Awaken the Guardian they remain totally unmatched

True, this is one of the best metal albums ever made. I wonder why Fates Warning is so underrated on this site, they are not the most casual-friendly band, but it's not like it is some obscure, avant-garde art.
