25 minutes of album? Really? If were grindcore I could understand, but this is prog deathcore, something more is expected. If there are no ideas that don't get anything out. It's not bad either, but I expected much more

This is pretty solid, but short. The last song is totally amazing, and notched it up a bit for me. A great way to finish the album.

"Disconnectome" was pretty impressive, but the rest of the album was as lackluster as I expected.

I think this is their best release since The Discovery (which is waaaaaay better than this album). BTW the album is short because they're releasing later this year 2º part (I don't know if it will be an EP or whatever)

And it would not be better to take out a whole album and not now one of 28 minutes and later an EP? Since when is this mania of dividing the albums into 2?

More money I guess. If instead of getting 20$ for an album you split it and get 12$ for each you're getting more money. That's what I think.

You can definitely hear how departure of Jason Richardson affected their sound and composing. After 'Tomorrow we Die Alive' everything sounds exactly the same. The same schemes, melodies, ideas. Generic and repetitive to be honest. It looks like they have those three or four project templates in Pro Tools. All they do is load it, change some notes and lyrics and viola - we have a stuff for a new album. They're not even trying to add 'something' what would make this album original and worth to remember.

It's not like I am praising 'The Discovery' - indeed, it was a good album. Even 'Tomorrow We Die Alive' have some memorable moments. But what happen after, is just one big Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. Looks like they just run out of ideas and have hope that no one will notice it. They can't even play older songs live...

I am trying to find some positives about it, but still - someone can mix some songs from last three albums, add it to one album as a 'compilation' and I bet that no one would notice that the songs are from different releases.

It's almost a way to still seem relevant in a way or a take on a new type of release. Some bands have done things like this before. Hell, The Algorithm released DLC for his album.
