Greece, Athens - Dvne: European Tour 2025

Superb performance by Dvne, what a great band they are! Allochiria were supporting, and they were good for the half hour they performed. Unfortunately, they interrupted their set unexpectedly, and vocalist Irene said that they have "a problem with the state" and they needed to fix it. Then they left the stage, only to return after five minutes to say that they cannot continue their set. Her last words before walking off the stage were: "you should have voted better". That line left the crowd somewhat bewildered (I personally have no idea what she meant, and the band has yet to explain publicly what happened), and it has also caused some backlash on social media. Irene participated at Dvne's encore, the amazing "Of Blade And Carapace".

Anyway, what is important here is that Dvne are unmissable, if they come your way. One of the best performances I have seen this year. Big thanks to musclassia for introducing me to this band.

edit: Allochiria have now posted on social media that they had to stop the show due to a "beaurocratic issue". They apologized and added that they will soon play a new show free of charge for their fans.

The experience during the Dvne performance is out of the world indeed. The energy on stage is simply top-level.
