The band and the magazine reviews so far are over-hyping this record, sounds really generic based on this and the first single.

If you´re gonna buy this album, you´re gonna have a bad time.

They should have a concert called Rome vs. the Barbarians and have Ex Deo and a Pagan Folk band play and have a mock battle of Romans against the barbarians.. Yeah thatd be cool

Sounds great to me! "I, Caligvla" has grown on me a lot since I first heard it. Looking forward to this release!

I actually like their debut even though it sounded horribly boring at first listen, so I'll have to give this one a try. I like what I hear, the band seems to have respected their guiding line while pushing their ideas further, the symphonic arrangements sound more complex and overall it sounds more catchy.
