Lalu - Streaming New Song
Lalu, not to be confused with Lulu, has premiered a brand new song from their new album, the second so far. The French progressive metal band is streaming "Bast" which features Peter Wildoer (Darkane, James LaBrie) on growls. You can listen to the track below. What do you think about it?
Lalu's new album Atomic Ark comes out on September 9th (Europe), September 10th (North America) via Sensory Records. Another song from the album, "Slaughtered", featuring guitarist Marco Sfogli (James LaBrie) and keyboardist Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), can also be heard below.
The album was fully conceived and composed by Vivien Lalu. The composer also enlisted an all-star lineup including vocalist Martin LeMar (Mekong Delta), bassist Mike LePond (Symphony X), guitarist Simone Mularoni (DGM) and drummer Virgil Donati (Planet X), in addition to countless guest contributions, to complete the album.

2013 is going to be a great year for the prog metal scene! Lalu is going all-out guns'a'blazing! Dream Theater is releasing the self-titled album with a Mangini writing debut. Ayreon is bringing out the next big epic, featuring absolute prog legends such as Keith Emerson and Rick Wakeman... Don't forget some incredible albums already released, such as Fright Pig's debut album.
