British heavy metal act Traitors Gate have a sad news to share. Their long-time guitarist Andy d'Urso has passed away due to cancer. Andy was in the band since 1985.

The band commented: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to announce that our brother in metal, Andy d'Urso lost his battle with cancer yesterday. Andy was an incredible friend, musician and character who lived for music and our thoughts go out to his wife, children and parents as well as our Traitors Gate family. Stay safe everyone, live life and be kind."
