Might check this out, interested in the idea that this retains some death within its melodic metal.

So I'm not a musician but I know the last album was written with 7 strings, was this album written with 8s or did they maybe just downtune a little to get more bass on the bottom end?

Another solid album just like the first one. Able to listen repeatedly without getting bored. Not really a bad song either.

Rating reflects poorly, considering this is a nice step up from their previous release. Their songwriting has become quite a bit more memorable, and in general everything feels more cohesive here. A solid album, for sure.

Those mediocre vocals. Brings the album down a lot for me. Solid music overall, but his vocals are really unremarkable, as with the last release.

Very good album... Great riffs, melodies and solos. Twelve-Vals For The Legions is the first track, that I heard from this record and I was completely impressed what I was listening. The end of this song is brilliant. After many weeks, that I heard whole album, this is another great band, that I want to see alive.

The title song is really good otherwise decent technical death metal.
