Tankard - Zombie Attack

Not to mention much, I am not a fan of this style of thrash, for its age though it is great with thracks like "zombie attack" and "maniac forces". It is considered their best album as for the next ones they played pretty much the same thing.

Also for its age it isn't great or even that good. As for their best album most people regard Chemical Invasion as their best, at least the people that were into thrash at the time when Tankard released those early albums.

The beginning of the booze infested thrashing. While the band shows clear inclinations towards hc punk, this is totally a thrash and speed record. There's many good songs but what really stands out is (Empty) Tankard

Drinking and fucking through the whole night long
Partying with friends ‘til fucking dawn
Let’s go thrashin’ and stagedivin’
Feel the power and sound again

Thrash classic here!

Start of a legend and although my favorites were released in the late 90s and 2000s, this album is among Tankard's best. Some of the absolute classics are here!

A lot of great party memories with Empty Tankard in my favorite club in the 90s!
