A witness told police that Martin was "clowning around and riding the rail of the escalator."
Josh was a member of the band between 1996 and 2001, and then again from 2006 until Seth Putnam's death in 2011, which marked the end of the band. In addition to Anal Cunt, he played with projects including Adolf Satan, Impaled Northern Moonforest, and more recently, Failure Clinic.
