Thought they would choose "As Long As The Raven Flies" since they apperantly wasn't happy with how it ended up after production.

Jomsviking was meh, The Berserker found me uninterested while I own and keep listening to all of their older albums. It seems that my time enjoying Amon Amarth is now gone and buried whatever they do.... unless they blast our ears again but I don't hold expectations.

Never said they were all bad but not so long ago I listened to older material and instantly felt that so unique Viking rage flooding in, something I don't find at all in Berserker and only partially in Jomsvking. I used to be a fan but not anymore.

Yeah, to each his own.
I quite enjoy most of their albums from "With Oden on Our Side" and onwards.
Feel like each new album just gets more and more melodic and catchy, which I really enjoy.
It might be generic, but I dunno, tracks just stick in my mind with catchy tunes.
But Berserker is definitely their weakest in quite a while. Twilight of the Thunder God and Deceiver of the Gods are my favorite albums tbh.

I like Surtur Rising a lot too. A Beast Am I is a killer song! Tried to listen to Jomsviking the other day but stopped after a couple of songs.
