To me a fake band or fake artist is one who jumps on a bandwagon as they think it'll make them more popular, or give them greater success. It usually translates in the music as a lack of authenticity.

On FB someone said "you support one of the biggest fake bands that ever existed, what a pity..." and it has 17 likes.

I guess I should just listen to them and judge for myself .

Since Noise deliberately stays anonymous and also has two other active projects (Non Est Deus and Leiþa) besides Kanonenfieber, with completely different lyrical themes I don't really know which bandwagon he's supposed to jump on. He also writes, plays all instruments, sings and produces all his music in his own home studio. I'd say this guy is as authentic as he can be. So maybe don't go believing what some internet troll comments in a FB post. Just sayin'.

if you want to know, there were some accusation of buying views/clicks on social media/streaming after the first album got unusually large amounts of attention for a band popping out of nowhere. also a controversy with a label that was going to press cds, tapes or whatever, and some lawsuit threats thrown in there.

The band is awesome, and I'm sure they'll get very big, very soon! One of the best modern blackened death metal bands I've heard in a while

Goddamn, that's tasty - would prefer Panzerfaust was headlining but I'm sure Kanonenfieber put on an intense show, will most likely get myself a ticket for that
