Dunno if this is considered a fast food but it can be obtained pretty fast...it's a Vietnamese blood soup and it's made of fresh newly poured duck blood...duck is left to die slowly after letting the blood....
Vampires and wannabe vampires should love this one(tho it's dangerous because of high risk of getting the avian flu...)....

EEEWWWW thats disgusting... do people actually drink that stuff? and that is sooo cruel letting the ducks die slowly

while i agree the image gives me the creeps, blood is not an uncommon food here, especially this time of the year when it's pig killing fest. basically it's a old tradition where you fatten the pig up to the point where it can't even move properly(about 4-500 pounds) and then you kill it.

the thing has to be restrained by 3 people or so and another one has to climb up on it and slit his throat and then the pig bleeds to death(and the blood is collected with a pot beneath his neck). not even an axe would do the trick since it has so much fat around the neck that you'd probably chip it lol, not to mention damage the meat the pig farmer worked so hard to fatten him up. i know it's a bit cruel for the pig but some traditions just can't be stopped.

i'd agree with shooting the pig in the head, since i'm not a fan of eating brains, but if i were a farmer i wouldn't have where to get a pistol from right?

Pizza all the way lol I could eat pizza all week without complaining

@Deathrider: Would have to totally agree with that...there are foods on the earth plenty better than McShit...
@BloodTears: Hell yeah! I could a solid diet of pizza all the time! If that was the only kinda food left on the earth, I wouldn't care...

Actually, I probably wouldn't be able to live without really crunchy beef schawrma...

Hard one, but i think i've got to take kebab, it's fucking delicious

I like getting pizza, there are some good places to get that near the college i attend. I also like fried chicken and this place called Zaxby's does it the best.

For me pizza. There are so many ways and method to do pizza for all tastes , so pizza is my first preference than it goes to kebabs

having worked in akfc for a year, ive learned to despise fried chicken and most other kind of fast food. pizza is great though

Tacos! Specially from the street or the markets!!! Unheathy food!

Pizza without any meat on it and loads of veggies! YES!

I could kill a puppy for kebab right now.

Have you had duck spring rolls? They're the best!

I went for pizza though, becuase I have the best pizza shop in the world just down the street. It really is the best. I can't describe it and do it justice.

As for McDonalds's... it's just disgusting and isn't even tasty. The burgers are a disgrace... In fact I reckon burgers are pretty poor most of the time, especially from supermarkets or takeaways like McDonalds. I get Aberdeen Angus burgers from this farm and they're just pure meat. They actually have the texture and taste of meat, you can really tell the difference.

My mother made pizza a day ago and I can't wait to eat homemade pizza again , hmmm , so delicius .

i love really thin crispy french fries with loads of salt...i usually have cherry coke and a chicken burger, or a big fat quarter pounder burger with everything on it..mmmmm im starting to feel hungry.

I refuse to vote when french fries and burger are two separate choices... There just isn't one without the other!

The inventors of French Fries (the Belgians) and the people that consume them the most per capita (the Dutch) totally disagree. Both Belgians and Dutch eat their fries without anything accompanying it (unless it is mayonaise, or pickled sauce, but certainly NOT ketchup)

Turkish burger....Buy it from time to time at school canteen....wonderful one with döner, onion salad and sauce in a nice soft white bread......and it's cheap....

Yeah I don't eat fries with ketchup...ketchup in my opinion ruins fries and makes them all soggy...I actually don't eat fries with anything...they're really good with nothing on them...

Hard to say for me, since I'm a expert fast-food eater.. But mostly I order Pizza, and mostly pepperoni..
Also I like fries very much.. And I like them without ketchup for the same reason that Kap'N Korrupt mentioned...
