A GOOD album. Not quite in the class of previous work by the Scorpions
(Lovedrive/Animal Magnetism), but a solid piece of Rock!! Check it out!!!

It's a great album!!!!

Best hard rock album of 2010? For sure! Seriously though, Scorpions are one of the few rock/metal bands from three decades ago that still manage to sound fresh and exciting. Obviously this album isn't exactly the quality found on 'Blackout' or 'Lovedrive', but who cares? Scorpions sound here as if they were 'Raised on Rock'.

IMO a lot stronger album than Humanity. There's some air and punch in the sound this time and the songs have a greater diversity. The Good Die Young, Lorelai and SLY are all good ballads and some of the rockers like Turn You On and No Limit are quite fun. With that said there's also quite a lot of songs I don't need to hear again. One of the better albums since Love at First Sting.

These rock titles are a bit funny though.. Raised on Rock, Rock Zone, Let's Rock, Spirit of Rock. They sure mean it this time.

Funny, you enjoyed this one and I thought it was nothing special.
I will give later day Scorpions some listening, as soon as I got some time for it.
