I disagree, even though I am a big Wino fan. Somehow I find Vitus with Reagers on vocals stronger than Vitus with Wino on vocals. Same goes for Place Of Skulls for me. PoS with Griffin on vocals is stronger than PoS with Wino

Well I wasn't really saying that I have anything against Reager because he is by no means weak at all, but Wino really captures that doomy atmosphere

The only Place of Skulls album I have is Nailed, with Griffin on vocals, and I think it's boring as fuck.

Dangerboner, I'm with you 100%. Wino would have killed on this album. Nothing against Reagers, just a preference. I never did care for Place of Skulls. The only Wino project (That I know of) that failed to keep my interest.

Place Of Skulls is not a Wino project It's of coure Victor Griffin's band where Wino only did vocals on one album.

Nice doom album, I forgot how good this band was, or should I say is, and will be, 80's doom, had some feeling into it, sad this album was not realized (well according to MS) , could do some trick .... I like all here, about wino here on vox, cant say much , rare case I have no IMO

Doesn't exactly succeed either as doom or heavy metal. The musical approach is rather enjoyable sounding, but the songs don't cut it for me. Hence a good listen overall, yet not one of my favorites by the band.
