Their next album should be interesting and perhaps quite different in musical style as Jani is no longer in the band.

By chance i came across the song "Blanded Valuts" and i really enjoyed that one...now i wonder about the rest of the album

For some reason, I find this album mediocre.

Because it kind of is, in my opinion. If people look past the vocalist, and actually take the album for what it is, it's a decent album, nothing more. The amount of 10s here kind of astonishes me to be honest.

Mikael Stanne's Lyrics sound great by Christian Älvestam, and I love "Bladed Vaults". Everything Stanne writes is just perfect! Still lyrics and vocals are not a whole album and this is not a 10 ,but I was still very satisfied with this effort.

I prefer Holographic Universe, but this is a good album.

Holographic Universe is a masterpiece, it's almost impossible to top it! I see "For Aeons Past" as what "Dark Matter Dimmensions" could have been with Christian still in the band. You could almost say I see this as a Scar Symmetry album :

I'll never leave it out of my playlist. I'm beginning to think I'm living with these songs, especially "Lethean Tears".

This is an epic album...in terms of songwriting, vocals, everything...mindblowing stuff!

Mikko Härkin? I knew he played in some bands, but, wait, what? I am going to check this out for sure.

This debut album was the continuation of scar symmetry this band have released 3 albums to date and no doubt this is the best and by far surpassed, absolutely recommended for those lovers of melodic death metal.

Better than anything Scar Symmetry ever released, still play this with much delight on a regular basis.
