There...there are people who dislike the title track?!
I agree it's hard to get through the first few times because of its sheer length, but TRUST ME, it will captivate you. You'll be playing it on repeat soon enough and naming your cat Aniara.

I don't know why anyone would be against this song, it's a truly amazing piece of music.

So ... I don't really know how to rate this one. This is a good album and I like Alley Cat and King Of Whitewater the best but I have a problem with the 30 minutes track, hear me out : It's a good one but you can hear clear sections in it (clear as different in songs glued one after the other) so why a 30 minutes track? Why not "chapters"? Was that to show off? I'm going to compare this to one of my all time Kamelot favorite : Elizabeth. It's a 19 minutes piece cut in three telling the story of Elizabeth Bathory. You have a progression in the story and musically speaking and that's what I was expecting from The Great Escape.
