Hating deathcore has become quite a sport amongst metalheads lately. Hell, for some it is no longer a form of entertainment, but a full-time job, with Christmas bonuses, secured health insurance, 50 hours a week work time and whatever you people with jobs get. I kid you not. BlowJob For A Cowboy (or, BJFAC for short) have committed the terrible crime of recording a deathcore EP, securing them the hatred of many metalheads and other deathcore haters alike. Pretty bland death metal. Even their EP was slightly better than this...

Glad they decided to stray away from deathcore. Not the best death metal, but they got better as a band as time went on.

The drumming on this album is cool as fuck. I've only just now decided to go back in their discography (never heard anything pre-Sun Eater) and this rules, hopefully I enjoy the remaining two records just as much.
