Full of catchy tunes, and Scott's vocals are second to none on this record. Like the other comment, underrated indeed.

Bad album only 2 hit songs 1 and 4, rest was just so so, young lads , lac of energy, beer in had and no motion and inspiration, maybe worst band album, (whit Bon, worst as opener)

Think your in the minority on that view! There were 3 not 2 songs that were live staples. Sin City,Rock n Roll Damnation and Riff Raff.

I'm with BE. Definitely the weakest Bon Scott-era album. Only R'R Damnation and and Sin City are worth listening to.

I'm gonna be in the middle ground on this album. It has good songs, no super hits, no big major failures. The last three songs (no bonus counted) are kind of a skipspree for me and lowers the score drastically.

Sooooo because you wrote an article makes it true? Think you will find most feel this is the best of Bon and IMO the best they ever put out. AGAIN your missing "RIff Raff" which was a killer opening song when I saw them in Chicago in '78

Kicked in The Teeth is by far the best song on this album.

It's clearly Riff Raff!

Seriously though, this album kicks royal ass. And for me it's all about the original release. Great track though it is, "Rock N Roll Damnation" has no place on Powerage.

Once upon a time Let There Be Rock used to my favorite DC album but nowadays this is my go to record.
