8.9 		Deformity? Damn straight. Honestly, this mix of progressive/symphonic/melo-black/with a touch of avant-garde doesn't really exhibit a whole lot of entirely new features, but this mix somehow manages to achieve a really fresh sound.

Essentially the spawn of Arcturus and Dimmu Borgir, only the cheesy synth totally strips this album of any aggression it may have had otherwise. I prefer Darzamat or Vesania for symphonic black/gothic hybrids.
