Scratching your Fingernails on chalkboards for an entire day wouldn't be so painful as this.

Amazing album, the title track is brilliant. This stuff is quite an acquired taste and it gets pretty enjoyable after a few spins. Looking forward to the next ones in his discography.

This album really is a torturous yet beautiful journey. Incredible songwriting.

Not as cohesive as the other albums of GTT but I think that spoken words are really well chosen and he should start using them in future GTT albums.

I think the spoken samples are a little over utilised here, particularly the vocaliser-type ones, but otherwise it's classic GTT really. Seems like he was good from the beginning. The Middle Eastern(?) feel of 'Seven Heads And Ten Horns' is really interesting.

Most probably South Asian . I instantly recognized the sound of the Indian instrument Tabla and the chorus sounds like its from the same region as well and thats why I was blown away back then by that track.

There is a remastered version of this available around that I don't like. Original (below) is the best.

Definitely one of my favourite BM records. Feels like listening to the torments of Hell itself.

A bit on the disjointed side But that’s easy to understand given that it’s his debut. Last two tracks really caught my atention. With the eastern touch and varied drumming respectively.
