Fractal Gates - To Begin Recording New Album In August

French progressive metallers Fractal Gates have announced a few weeks ago that they will be recording their upcoming CD near the end of August. The songs will be mixed and mastered by the legendary Dan Swanö. Dan will be singing in two of the songs. Also, Sotiris from Septicflesh will kindly be playing in one of the songs. The new album will be the band's second, after their debut Altered State Of Consciousness in 2009.

Terrific news in my book. Altered State Of Consciousness was a pleasant surprise in 2009. Anyone who digs Be'lakor or Insomnium should check these guys out.
