Susperia has announced the first single which is called "Standalone" from their upcoming album. This is the first song the melodic death metal band has recorded completely by themselves in their own studio. The mixing and mastering has been done by the drummer Tjodalv, also in their own studio. The first single "Standalone" off the new opus will be available as a free download for a limited period of time. You can download it at the band's Facebook page (you need to like it before you can download).

The start of this song reminds me a bit "Venting the anger". The sound is similar to Attitude, which is not a bad thing.

I'm glad that they didn't follow the keyboardish style of "We are the one". The single of this last album "Nothing remains" was utterly boring.
Regarding the band member list of the official page, It seems that Mustis is not involved in the band anymore...
