A Highlight of 2013, AAFCC have gone down the romantic path similar to Everything, but more intense in that regard again with the doom elements. Some Reviewer stated that this record is a "black metal romance record". Dont disagree there.
Fav songs are: "Autumn Again", "Sepia Mountains For Her Lament" and "Starlit Spirits"

This is definitely their best album, but I don't agree with all the praise it's been getting. The song structures and overall performance feel a bit sloppy, and I guess I'm also just a fan of darker stuff from the black metal side of music. It's a good album anyways, and a really uplifting/happy one at that.

I really don't get the genre label on this one, seems mostly shoegaze or post-rock if anything.

Yeah honestly, it's gotta be in my top 5 most favourite albums. The warm pulsating bass, overall enveloping texture, melody from the keys, and the piercing vocals. MMMMMMM.

Their best album absolutely, but as great as the album is, the title sells it for me.

I really like it as well, very hard hitting. I really like the cheeky "Try not to Love Everything You Destroy" follow up title as well.
I'm having a hard time not dropping the $100 on the 5 LP bundle...

God this album is so good. Endless texture and warmth. It feels like drowning in slow motion. Never Complete, Hearts Of Light, Closer, Avoiding Winter. etc. I might as well list out every song because they're all fantastic.
