So this is where Troy's avatar comes from.

Actually I had no idea it was used for this album - I just pulled it off that guy's website (the one who did the cover art for the "new" Cradle of Filth demo/EP/whatever). Not surprised to see it used for cover art though. I feel like I have to listen to it now for some kind of ethical reason.

It doesn't strike me as exactly your king of thing so I was surprised to see you using it. Makes sense now though.

I could have guessed you didn't actually know what it came from. Really doesn't seem like something you'd care about, however you should still check it out...because otherwise you suck. You'd probably enjoy Yob more though (if you haven't already heard anything by them). That's my favorite band of Mike Scheidt's.

I just finished streaming it from their Bandcamp page, it's definitely not my usual thing but it's far from bad. Not a fan of Yob either, not sure what it is.

Yob is okay but nothing mindblowing spectacular. I'd say it's probably the single most overrated band amongst the Roadburn crowd. Those people treat Yob as if they're the second coming of Christ and the best thing since sliced bread.

I have to agree with you conserning Roadburn. I really enjoy them both in album and live but...C'mon, it feels like they play every single year (I know they don't but it felt like it).

I definitely enjoy the shit out of Yob, but I have seen a few people giving them unwarranted praise. Their newest album is great in my opinion.
