Update from the band: "The album is in the studio for its final mastering and the art work is now completed, we are very grateful for all your continued support, patience and understanding, we will have this album finally in your hands as soon as possible..."
The exact release date is yet to be announced but the band hasn't released a new album since Mythical & Magical (2006). More recently, the doom metallers released a split with Mirror Of Deception in 2011 and the 2013 7" single Walking In The Dark with two tracks re-recorded in 2007.
So, it has been a long wait to hear new material from Pagan Altar. Do you think they can deliver the goods?

They're definitely one of the better bands I've come across recently. The vocals are great, maybe a bit of acquired taste but unique nevertheless.
