Last album was just whatever to me personally. Hopefully they can return with something a lot more stronger in every aspect of an album release

Serpent Sermon was bit underwhelming, wouldn't mind a Wormwood part 2 though. That was a crazy album (easily my favorite from Mortuus era).

But I'm predicting something more in the lines of Iron Dawn looking at the thematic.... shouldn't be bad either

Great album for Marduk, though I think it would have been more beneficial to include fewer songs or shorter lengths. Highlights for me would be "Afrika" and "Doomsday Elite".

A bit more safe and less experimental than what they have been doing lately. Not a bad album, pretty enjoyable. Mortuus is the best vocalist in black metal. I just love his spitting and rambling.

I find this to be slightly better than their previous. SS had some better moments, but in it's entirely, this one wins.

Something from the melodic Swedes can sound this good. This is a good balance between the melody of the Swedes and straight up in your face black metal. Frontschwein, Afrika and particularly Thousand fold death are straight in your face balls grabbing intense songs. The speed on Thousand fold death would sit perfectly well on the best album ever produced Darkness Descends by Dark Angel.

You are not metal enough until you visit Kenya. The cradle of mankind, where man learnt first to work with stones and first enjoyed the sounds produced by banging stones which later influenced metal in all its sounds and genres.
